Abstract: The role of Industry 5.0 in transforming vocational education is pivotal for preparing students with advanced technological skills and competencies required by future industries. This study investigates the impact of Industry 5.0 technologies, such as automation, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT), on vocational education, focusing on their influence on curriculum development, skill requirements, and workforce readiness. Objectives include assessing the integration of Industry 5.0 technologies into vocational training, evaluating students' perceptions of technological advancements, and identifying opportunities and challenges in adopting Industry 5.0 in vocational settings. A survey research design is chosen to gather data from 300 participants, including vocational educators, students, and industry experts, using purposive sampling to ensure representation from diverse technical sectors in Oyo State. Case studies will highlight vocational institutions at the forefront of Industry 5.0 integration, showcasing innovative applications and educational outcomes. Findings indicate that Industry 5.0 technologies enhance vocational education by equipping students with advanced technical skills, improving efficiency in training processes, and aligning curriculum with industry demands. Recommendations emphasize investing in infrastructure for Industry 5.0 technologies, upskilling educators in digital competencies, and fostering collaborations with technology firms to optimize the benefits of Industry 5.0 in vocational education.
